A little bit about me :)

I’m a Writer, Integrative Energy Facilitator, Bookworm, a Dreamer and Proud Mother of two! I share moments of beauty, truth, and growth through Writing and Photography. If you are into deep feels, real talk, and conscious living, let’s connect!

This year, I made my wildest dream come true! I wrote and published my first book in November, a gift to myself on my 43rd birthday. This book is very dear to my heart, it’s a collection of honest conversations with my beautiful children and my personal reflections.

We’ve sold over 1,000 copies since our launch on Nov 1, 2025, can you believe it! If you found value in my sharing, I think you’ll love my book.
